Irwin Carr Consulting is delighted to be supporting Rhatigan Architects in the delivery of the PPP Social Housing Programme, one of Ireland’s largest social housing initiatives.

The programme will provide up to 1,500 new homes through a series of bundled developments, representing an investment of approximately €300 million in communities across the country.

As part of the multidisciplinary design team, we are providing acoustic consultancy services to ensure compliance with Building Regulations and project-specific performance requirements. Our work focuses on creating high-quality residential environments by addressing external and internal noise considerations at the design stage.
