Irwin Carr is currently working with Rhatigan Architects on the Tender stage of the PPP Social Housing Bundles.
The PPP program aims to invest €300 Million in social housing comprising up to 1,500 housing units over a number of ‘Bundles’. We are providing design input to ensure that the acoustic design goals of the Building Regulations and Work Requirements have been achieved.
Bundle 1 comprises 6 sites and the Tender was submitted in June 2018. We are currently working with the team on the submission for Bundle 2.
